Investing with Fixed Income Real Estate Fund, LLC

For 18 years, I’ve worked in the transportation industry, specializing in selling class 8 vehicles both locally and internationally. I started young, working alongside my father at 18, helping source equipment and manage logistics for our Sanford, FL dealership. In 2009, I was entrusted with leading our family business, Cadel, as we expanded into Latin America—growing sales and launching cargo logistics across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America.

I moved from Puerto Rico to Florida at age 5, grew up in Winter Springs, and played varsity baseball at Oviedo High. After earning my marketing degree from UCF in 1996, I focused on expanding Cadel’s reach into emerging markets like Costa Rica and Panama.

During the Panama Canal expansion in 2008, we supplied equipment and parts to key operators—an honor to support such a vital global trade project. I later met my wife in Panama, and we now have two amazing daughters, whom I coach in fastpitch softball in Altamonte Springs.

In 2022, I turned my attention to the Family Trust’s commercial property and increased its cash flow by 76% in just 16 months. My experience in equipment sales continues to open new opportunities across the U.S. and Latin America. Today, I’m excited to grow further under the guidance of a great mentor, contributing at a whole new level.

This Offering involves the sale and purchase of Promissory Notes in Fixed Income Real Estate Fund, which was formed for the purpose of raising capital to engage in the business of investing in all forms of real estate, including but not limited to buying, rehabilitating and holding and/or selling residential and commercial Properties and notes on such Properties nationwide including U.S. territories.</p
